Special Instructions To Make Roast Chicken

  • Make sure to add the right amount of water (as mentioned) to create enough steam for pressure cooking. Do not overcook the chicken in the Instant Pot, as it can result in broken pieces.
  • When you’re adding seasonings like black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, and green chilies, taste as you go to adjust the flavors according to your preference.
  • Be gentle when mixing the fries with the chicken to avoid breaking the fries. Mix just enough to combine the flavors without crushing the fries.
  • Avoid adding too much water to the Instant Pot as it can dilute the flavors and result in a bland dish.
  • Use properly ripe tomatoes for a juicy gravy, as they contribute not only to the flavor but also to the texture of the dish. Also use fresh ginger, and garlic for the best results.
